The petitioner herein apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(C) read with Sections 22(C), 25 and 29(1) of the NDPS Act in Crime No.1176 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has already been released on bail. Hence, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

3. Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
