PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorari to call for the records in C.P.251 of 2013 in I.D.No.33/2008 dated 07.04.2014 on the file of second respondent and quash the same.

This writ petition is filed challenging the orders passed in C.P.No.251 of 2013 in I.D.No.33 of 2008 dated 07.04.2014. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is present and there is no representation on behalf of the respondents. Mr.M.Krishnamoorthy, Forester entered is present in this Court.

When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a proceedings before this Court dated 30.01.2024 addressed by the District Forest Officer, Tiruvannamalai Division stating that basing on the judgment in C.P.No.251 of 2013 in I.D.No.33 of 2008, orders have been issued to pay Rs.2,55,594/-. Further as per the orders in M.P.No.1 of 2015 the amount of Rs.1,27,797/-, i.e., 50% of the award amount was already deposited in the Labour Court, Vellore on 10.02.2016 and also, the balance of Rs.1,27,797/- was paid on 24.07.2017. The petitioner has also enclosed the copies of the vouchers to show that the entire amount of Rs.2,55,594/- as ordered by the Labour Page No.2 of 4

Court, Vellore in C.P.No.251 of 2013 in I.D.No. 33 of 2008 has been deposited.

Once the entire amount has been deposited, this writ petition challenging the orders of C.P.No.251 of 2013 becomes infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Connected M.P. is closed. No costs.
