This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "The petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 A.M for period of three months" in Crl.O.P.No.2662 of 2023 dated 08.02.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
