Crl.M.P.No.9051 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.670 of 2011 R.SUBBIAH, J The present petition has been filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2011 in Crl.A.No.670 of 2011 dated 21.10.2011.

2. This Court, by an order dated 21.10.2011, in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2011 in Crl.A.No.670 of 2011, while granting bail, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court once in every three months on the first working day of that month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Now, the petitioner has come up with the present petition to relax the said condition.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the said condition without any default.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases, the said condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed. The petition is ordered accordingly. 31.08.2016 sbi
