This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10286 of 2023 dated 18.05.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the 1st petitioner is relaxed. However, the 1st petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. In respect of other petitioners ( 2 to 4), they are directed to appear before the respondent police twice in a month ie., on every 1st & 3rd Saturday of every month until further orders.
