ORDER
This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the first respondent culminated in GO.Ms.No.36 Department of Revenue and Disaster Management dated on 05.10.2010 in the Gazatte of Puducherry and the consequent GO.Ms.No.62 Department of Revenue and Disaster Management dated 02.03.2011 in the Gazatte of Puducherry, insofar as the schedule mentioned property and quash the entire acquisition proceedings.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) submitted that while pending the writ petition, the petitioner received the entire compensation amount.
3. Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry), this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No order as to costs.
