ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.C1/1354/2015 and in Na.Ka.No.C1/1354/2015 both dated 10.08.2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to take appropriate action as against the third respondent in terms of tender rules.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the tender period itself is three years, i.e., 2015-2018. Now, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Such view of the matter, this writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
