This petition is filed to implead the proposed respondents 2 to 7 as respondents 2 to 7 in Crl.RC.No.1129 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that when the matter is taken up for admission on 27.06.2023, this court issued a direction to the petitioner to implead the accused persons as necessary parties to the criminal Revision and accordingly, the petitioners have filed the present petition to implead the accused persons respondents 2 to 7 in the criminal Revision.

Thus, he prayed for appropriate orders.

3. In view of the above, this petition is ordered by impleading the proposed respondents 2 to 7 as respondents 2 to 7 in Crl.RC.No.1129 of 2023.
