ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2022 in accordance with law and to direct the respondent to disburse the family pension to the petitioner.

2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that her husband worked under the respondent as a peon and he died on 26.09.1998 while he was in service. She has given a representation to the petitioner on 06.08.2022 to disburse family pension. But the same was not considered by the respondent. Hence, she seeks a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and disburse family pension to her.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader [Pondy] appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner within the time fixed by this Court. 2/4

4. In such view of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.08.2022 and pass Orders on the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
