PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct transfer counseling for the post of Middle School Headmaster in Sulagiri Union, Krishnagiri District in transparent manner as per G.O.Ms.No.137 School Education Department dated 09.06.2014 by displaying the vacancy at Nallakanakothapalli Panchayat Union Middle School and to consider the petitioner for transfer based on his seniority and priority category by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 17.06.2014.
