When the matter is called today, the learned Government Advocate has produced a letter dated 12.07.2017 from the Correspondent, Crescent Matriculation School, Kurubarapalli, Krishnagiri Taluk, Dharmapuri District, addressed to the Director of Matriculation Schools, Chennai, stating that the 5th respondent, viz., Sri Saraswathi Vidayalaya Matriculation School, which was stated close to the school of the petitioner at the time of filing of the Writ Petition, did not function even for ten months and thereafter it has been closed and that there has not been any dispute regarding the same between the petitioner and the 5th respondent subsequently.

2. Recording the abovesaid letter dated 12.07.2017, the writ Petition is disposed of as having become infructous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
