Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue writ of certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the award dated 27.12.2013 made in I.A.No.667 of 2013 made in C.P.No.841 of 2007 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

This writ petition challenges the order made in I.A.No.667 of 2013 in C.P.No.841 of 2007. As per the impugned order, the management was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,70,180/- being the entire award amount for the purpose of contesting claim petition.

2. Pending the writ petition, learned counsel for the writ petitioner/management as well as the learned counsel for the workman have arrived at an agreement that if amount of Rs.4,10,000/- is paid, it will be treated as satisfaction in C.P.No.841 of 2007. They have also made 2/5

endorsement to that effect in the writ petition bundle. Consequently, W.P.No.22528 of 2014 stands closed, since the writ petitioner and the respondents have agreed to receive a sum of Rs.4,10,000/- in full quit of the amount dues. Consequently, no further order is required to be passed. Writ petition stands disposed with the above. Connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
