This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7365 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9230 of 2023 on 26.05.2023 to report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
