PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the impugned notice in No.NIL dated 05.11.2020 quash the same and consequentially restrain the respondents from taking any coercive actions against the petitioner without disposing the request of the petitioner dated 27.08.2020.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to quash the notice in No.NIL dated 05.11.2020 and consequentially to restrain the respondents from taking any coercive actions against the petitioner without disposing the request of the petitioner dated 27.08.2020. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 2/4

Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
