Heard G.Ramadevi, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. M.Bindran, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to conduct an enquiry against Thangapandian, who was working as Executive Officer, and Kalaivanan and K.P.Raman, who were working as clerks relating to accounts of Arulmigu Gopalakrishnaswamy and Arulmigu Abhayahastha Jayaveera Anjaneyar Temple.

It is accepted by Learned Counsel for the Petitioner that after the filing of the Writ Petition, action has been taken against the said Thangapandian, the Executive Officer and the said K.P.Raman has died. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that action has also been taken against the said Kalaivanan, clerk in that regard. They have also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in the matter. 2/4
