This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 224 days in filing the above Criminal Revision against C.A.No.351 of 2023, dated 20.06.2024, by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Gobichettipalayam.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 224 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
