O R D E R

The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11432 of 2025 by order dated 30.04.2025, in which, one of the condition imposed is that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. It was further recorded that as and when the cases papers are transferred and on summons, the petitioner shall appear before the Bangalore Police daily until it is relaxed by the jurisdictional Court at Bangalore.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying with the earlier order of this Court by appearing before the respondent and the same may be considered. He further submitted that the Bagalur Police not to project as though the petitioner has not complied with the condition and absconding.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) produced the proceedings issued by the Director General of Police, Tamil Nadu in Rc.No.9398558/Crime 2(2)/2025 dated 07.02.2025 addressed to the Director 2/4

General of Police, Karnataka State transferring the case from the State of Tamil Nadu to Karnataka since the place of occurrence is within the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka State. Following the same, the Orathur Police registered a case in Crime No.0142/2025 for the offence under Sections 103, 103(2), 127, 191(2), 191(3), 61(2) of BNS, 2023 dated 07.04.2025. This fact has been informed to the petitioner which was acknowledged by the petitioner by affixing his signature. 4.Recording the above submissions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
