This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police on the First Day of every English Calender Month imposed in Crl.M.P.No.19880 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.22371 of 2022 dated 03.01.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
