Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent.

2. This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

3. Time for complying with the conditions ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11923 of 2016, dated 28.07.2016 is extended by two weeks, from the date on which the order copy is made ready, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand and Five Hundred only) by way of D.D. / Cheque favouring "Tamilnadu Harijan Sevak Sangh" [No.58, Venkatanarayana Road, T.Nagar, Chennai - 600 017 - Mob.No.99946 57433] within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready and also directed to produce the receipt before the lower Court, failing which, this order shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.

4. This miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
