This petition has been filed to amend the satisfaction Court as learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai instead of Railway Court, Egmore in Crl.O.P.No.9747 of 2023 by order dated 06.06.2023.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.9747 of 2023 dated 06.06.2023 and issue fresh order copy. Further period of one week is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to execute the sureties and comply with the conditions.
