ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2676 of 2025 on 12.03.2025. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

4.Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am, until further orders, is totally relaxed.
