This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner by order dated 09.03.2023 in CRL.MP.NO.3472/2023 in CRL.OP.NO.3064/2023 directing him to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, petitioner had observed the condition only for 7 days and thereafter, he did not comply the condition. Earlier, he filed Crl.M.P.No.7923 of 2023, and it was dismissed for no representation of the petitioner.

3. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
