This application has been filed seeking to accept the English translation of the Will, which has been registered as Document No. 52 of 2014 dated 12.09.2014 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Purasaiwalkam. The said translation may be accepted.

2. The Translated copy as given by the petitioner is accepted and the application is ordered, but however, before the disposal of O.P., the Registry may endeavour to get an authenticated translated copy of the Will.

3. Registry may number the OP, if it is otherwise in order. The memo has recorded and in Application No. 3366 of 2024, the Will had been described as Document No. 1017 of 1995, which is wrong and the correct one is Document No.

52 of 2014 dated 12.09.2014.

4. The Registry may examine the memo along with the application.
