This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner in order in Crl.M.P.No.2543 of in Crl.O.P.No.25815 of 2022 dated 21.02.2023 to appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e., on 1st week of Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in two months i.e., 1st day of alternative month of English Calendar at 10.00 a.m., commencing from 1st September, 2023, until further orders.
