This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner to report before the respondent Police every Monday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.29876 of 2022 vide order dated 04.01.2023.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Special Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29876 of 2022 and final report is filed.

3. In the said circumstances and having satisfied with the reasons stated, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed, however with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the concerned Court on date of hearings without fail.
