This Application No.3307 of 2024 is filed to record the death of 10th respondent in the TOS. No.34 of 1997.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent fairly concedes that he has no objection for the Application being allowed.

3. I have also gone through the affidavit filed in support of the above Application and I am satisfied with the reasons assigned in the said Application.

Accordingly, this Application is allowed.

4. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title and file an amended copy of the plaint within two weeks.

5. Post the matter for hearing on 19.07.2024.
