O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.15064 of 2020, dated 08.10.2020, shall stay at Cuddalore and report before the Cuddalore O.T. Police station everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions. He would submit that the case is now pending on the file of the Mahila Court, Thiruvaur.

4.In view of the same the conditions to be modified by directing the petitioner shall appear before the Mahila Court, Thiruvarur, on the first working day of January 2021 and February 2021 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Trial Judge. 5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
