2. This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

3. Time for complying with the conditions ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11536 of 2016, dated 07.06.2016 is extended by two weeks, from the date on which the order copy is made ready, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) by way of D.D. / Cheque favouring "Tamilnadu Harijan Sevak Sangh"

[No.58, Venkatanarayana Road, T.Nagar, Chennai - 600 017 - Mob.No.99946 57433] within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready and also directed to produce the receipt before the lower Court, failing which, this order shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
