Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed in Spl.S.C.No.42 of 2017 on the file of the court of Magalir Neethimandram(Fast Track Mahila Court) Tiruppur dated 17.10.2018 and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above Crl.A. No.694 of 2018 on the file of this Honourable Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SANKARASUBBU, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Crl.MP.No.12838 of 2021. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by learned counsel for petitioner, permission is granted for withdrawing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
