ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to cancel the registration in document No.116 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

On perusal of records, it is seen that the Writ Petition was filed on 19.06.2014 and came up for admission on 23.06.2014. Thereafter on 09.08.2018, at the request of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the case was adjourned for a week. For the past seven years, the case was pending without even ordering notice to the private respondents 1 & 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner did not take any steps to list the matter for admission. It shows that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner has no interest to proceed the matter further. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ petition, after the period of seven years.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
