ORDER

The petitioner seeks Succession Certificate in respect of the securities held by Pillaiyan Shanmugam Palanivelu, who died intestate on 28.06.2020. The petitioner is the only son of the deceased Pillaiyan Shanmugam Palanivelu.

2. The petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. He has produced the death certificate of the deceased Pillaiyan Shanmugam Palanivelu, which has been marked as Ex.P1. The legal heirship certificate of the deceased Pillaiyan Shanmugam Palanivelu, as Ex.P2. A perusal of Ex.P2 shows that 1/5

the petitioner is the only surviving Class-I legal heir of the deceased Pillaiyan Shanmugam Palanivelu. As the mother of the petitioner has pre-deceased the father on 21.02.1990. A paper publication has been made and any objections have not been received.

3. In view of the above said evidence, the Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioner in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition. Index :Yes/No Speaking: Yes/ No Petitioner's witness:
