This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.7703 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7863 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that investigation in this completed and the final report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
