ORDER

When the writ petition came up for the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to redress his grievance in respect of priority for intercaste marriage category for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

selection to the post of secondary grade teacher.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, it is always open to the petitioner to challenge the notification to be issued by the respondents in the future, if he had any grievance regarding non inclusion of intercaste marriage category for appointment to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
