2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and Mr.M.Lokesh, learned counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 4 has no objection for this petition being allowed.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 47 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.72541 of 2020 is condoned.

5. The Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.M.Lokesh, learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 4, when the matter is listed for admission.
