O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioners in Crl.Op.No.16875 of 2020 that the Petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the Petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the Petitioners have been complying with the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the Petitioners in Crl.OP.No.16875 of 2020, is modified to the effect that the first Petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police station on the first week of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Considering the age of the second and third petitioners, they are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
