PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st respondent in relating to the impugned order Na.Ka.No.5397/A1/2013 dated 12.12.2013 and his consequential order Na.Ka.No.5397/A1/13 dated 22.5.2014, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and continue all grant to the petitioner's orphanage home. When the matter was listed for hearing on 13.12.2021, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 15.12.2021 under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Even today, i.e., on 23.12.2021, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition in W.P.No.16112 of 2014 stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
