ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12558 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025 that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand Only) as non-refundable deposit to the credit of Ray of light Foundation; Bank Name: HDFC Bank; A/c.No.50100078904233; IFSC Code" HDFC0001864; Branch: Habibullah Road, T Nagar, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is now ready to deposit the said amount, however seeks weeks time for complying with the condition.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Court directs two weeks time from the date of receipt of copy of the order to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12558 of 2025 dated 16.05.2025.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. It is made clear that, no further extension would be granted to the petitioner in this regard.
