The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that earlier this Court, vide order dated 15.07.2024 dismissed this anticipatory bail petition, however directed the respondent to conduct investigation and verify whether the organization involved in this case is valid. He further submitted that the respondent has conducted investigation in this regard and report is yet to be filed.
