This Contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order made in W.P.No.4795 of 2019 dated 18.02.2020.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 20.10.2021. The learned counsel for the petitioner also acknowledged the fact that such order was passed by the 1st respondent and the same was also received by the petitioner.
