CMP.No.16832 of 2024 in A.S.No.547 of 2011 S.SOUNTHAR,J.

The learned counsel appearing for the appellants 2 and 3 filed a memo dated 16.04.2024 stating that the first appellant viz., N.Bagyalakshmi died on 31.12.2022, leaving behind the appellants 2 and 3 as legal representatives and the legal heirs of her pre-deceased son 4th appellant.

2. It is further stated that the legal heirs of deceased 4th appellant are not willing to prosecute the appeal along with appellants 2 and 3 and hence the appellants 2 and 3 may be recorded as legal representatives of deceased first appellant. As far as, the legal representatives of deceased 4th appellant is concerned, separate applications have been filed in CMP.Nos.16827, 16830 and 16835 of 2024.

3. The memo dated 16.04.2024 filed by counsel for appellants 2 and 3 is recorded.

4. In view of the order passed in memo dated 16.04.2024, CMP.No.16832 of 2024 is dismissed.

5. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment recording appellants 2 and 3 as Legal representatives of deceased first appellant.
