C.M.P.No.12714 of 2022 in C.R.P.No.1473 of 2021 J.SATHYA NARAYANA PRASAD, J.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on the last occasion i.e., on 13.10.2023, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has handed over the possession to the landlords/respondents six months back. Hence, he was directed by this Court to file a memo to that effect containing the details of the date when the possession was handed over to the landlords/respondents.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the learned counsel on either side and till date, no memo was filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner on 13.10.2020, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication and the order passed by this Court dated 14.12.2021 has been complied with. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. 20.10.2023 vm
