By its order dated 22.07.2024, this court has directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.90 of 2024 before the trial court.

2. Today, the matter is listed under the caption, 'for reporting compliance'.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had duly complied the conditions imposed by this court. He has also filed a memo to that effect.

4. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. Order complied with. No further order is necessary.
