This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed against the petitioners that "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" in Crl.O.P.No.6028 of 2023 dated 16.03.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
