These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to set aside the abatement of the above appeal and to bring on record the proposed respondents 2 to 7 herein as legal representatives of deceased sole respondent.

2. Mr. G.Padma Prakash, learned counsel for petitioner/appellant submitted that pending appeal, the sole respondent died on 29.04.2021. Hence, he has filed the above petitions.

3. Mr.K.N.Nataraj, learned counsel appearing for the respondent appeared and stated that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, both the petitions are allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the sole respondent are impleaded as respondents 2 to 7 in the above Second Appeal.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 18.08.2022. 29.07.2022 rpp https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
