This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed upon petitioner in para No.6(b), made in Crl.OP.No.14129 of 2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed by this Court that the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

jai further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
