This petition has been filed seeking to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the second respondent in Crl.O.P.No.19046 of 2021 on 21.10.2021.

2.The second respondent is alleged to have introduced himself as film producer to the petitioner and assured her to give a heroine role in his upcoming Tamil project. Thereafter, one day the second respondent is alleged to have compelled the petitioner to come to his house and assured her that he will marry her and forced her to take alcohol and when she was in drunken state, took nude photos of her and thereafter forced her to have sex with several persons. The petitioner after suffering lot of physical and mental abuses for more than a year, escaped from the second respondent and lodged the complaint.

3.Thereafter, the second respondent filed petition seeking anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.19046 of 2021 and this Court granted anticipatory bail to the second respondent on 21.10.2021 and taking advantage of the same, the second respondent is alleged to have been continuously harassing the petitioner over phone and also in person and threatening to share her obscene photographs and videos to third parties. Hence, this petition.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the second respondent with certain conditions, however, contrary to the said conditions, the second respondent is continuously harassing the petitioner over phone and also in person and also threatening her. Hence, this Court may cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the second respondent. 5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that both the petitioner and the second respondent lodged complaint as against each other and they are pending enquiry.

6.The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the entire allegations made against the second respondent is false and that the second respondent never threatened the petitioner and further submitted that hereafter, the second respondent will never make phone call to the petitioner. 7.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent that, hereafter, the second respondent will never make phone call to the petitioner, this criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
