DHANABAL.J., This Court vide order dated 11.07.2024 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and referred the matter to Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Kallakurichi District and directed the parties to appear before the Mediation Centre on 18.07.2024. After obtaining the report the Registry was directed to post the matter under the caption " for reporting compliance"

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Mediation report was submitted, wherein it was stated that the parties appeared before the Mediation Centre. However, the matter was not settled. 3.In view of the above, it is made clear that the petitioner has complied with the directions issued by this Court.
