It appears that the matter has went several adjournments at the request of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.

Today, during the course of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents placed some documents to substantiate his contention that the order of the Court is complied with on 06.02.2023. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted that the petitioner has received the payment as directed by this Court. 5.

Considering the material available on record and having heard the submissions of the respective counsel, in the considered opinion of this Court, no further adjudication is required in this present Contempt Petition.
