ORDER

The writ petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the respondents to regularise the service of the petitioner in the post of Junior Assistant-cum-Typist from 08.03.1996 and to sanction the annual increments from 1998 and consequentially consider his name for promotion on par with juniors with a reasonable period as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the relief sought by the petitioner has been granted and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
