ORDER

This matter is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. I have heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that, while the order dated 05.06.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.13779 of 2026 grants anticipatory bail to the petitioner, the concerned satisfaction court was erroneously mentioned as "Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram", instead of 'Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kancheepuram', due to an inadvertent typographical error. Accordingly, the satisfaction court in the order dated 05.06.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.13779 of 2026, is modified as follows:

"7. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kancheepuram, on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only), with two sureties each, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, and on further conditions:"

In view of the above, the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections by substituting the revised satisfaction court in place of the original in Paragraph No.7 as well as in the cause-title/to-portion of the order dated 05.06.2026 and to issue a fresh order copy forthwith. 17-06-2026 skr Note: Issue order copy by 17.06.2026 To
